At Gilbert's Coffee Bar, we honor the legacy of Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge by creating waterfront gathering spaces where specialty coffee meets community spirit. Just as the historic lifesaving station once replenished weary sailors and served as a local meeting place, we strive to nourish our neighbors, support local organizations, and celebrate our maritime heritage. From our two waterfront locations here in Martin County, we're committed to more than great coffee. We're dedicated to fostering connections and creating nautical-inspired spaces where everyone feels welcome to gather, work, and belong.
